Employment Production Assistant Looking for a creative and detailed individual. Candidates should have an advanced familiarity with each facet of the design process, including visual design, brand recognition, interaction design, information architecture, and usability. Incorporate design based on competitive market research. Maintain graphic standards and corporate branding throughout a project or campaign. Create quality mock ups and prototypes on tight timelines. Be able to make edits to existing projects and pre-press files for printing or upload for newspapers, magazines, printing companies, and the web. Photo search and retouching. Research. Archiving. Some design/concept work for both web and print. Part-time, 10-15 hours a week. Must be proficient on PC, CS3: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Flash, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PowerPoint with working knowledge of Excel, Word, LightRoom. Will train on some programs. All candidates will undergo software skill evaluations and must demonstrate past work examples.
